The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the actual operator of the D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office in Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

No person other than a licensed real estate agent may use the name of licensed real estate agent or any other name similar thereto.

Nevertheless, from the beginning of September 201 to the beginning of September 2012, the Defendant attached the name “D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office Representative” at the lower right side of the Defendant’s front glass, and used the name similar to that of the real estate agent, such as distributing the name cards to the real estate broker.
