Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person other than a licensed real estate agent shall not use the name of licensed real estate agent or any other name similar thereto.

Even if the Defendant is not a licensed real estate agent, the Defendant used the name similar to that of the licensed real estate agent by putting up the signboard of “C real estate” between September 27, 2012 and November 23, 2012, stating “C real estate” in Gyeonggi-si B and using the name similar to that of the licensed real estate agent.
