Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a licensed real estate agent shall use the name of licensed real estate agent or any other name similar thereto.

Nevertheless, around January 7, 2014, the Defendant used the name of “D Licensed Real Estate Agent E’s Office”, which is operated by D Licensed Real Estate Agent’s Office in Seongdong-gu, Daegu (D Licensed Real Estate Agent’s Office) with which the name of “D Licensed Real Estate Agent E’s Office” cannot be known, and used the name similar to that of “Real Estate Agent E’s Office.”
