1. Defendant C acquired prescription on May 31, 2005 with respect to one-third share of each of 1/3 of 6 square meters in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G major to Defendant D, E, and F.

1. In fact, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on October 15, 1932 with respect to the land of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 6㎡ (hereinafter “instant land”).

On June 15, 1974, and June 26, 1974, the network H (hereinafter referred to as the “the network”) completed each registration of ownership transfer in the future with respect to 66.1 square meters in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul (hereinafter referred to as “I land”), J 13.2 square meters in J (hereinafter referred to as “J land”). On May 3, 201, K, Defendant D, Defendant E, and Defendant F, the heir of the deceased who died on May 3, 201, completed each registration of ownership transfer with respect to the above two lands by inheritance (K 3/9, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant E, and Defendant F2/9) on June 2, 201.

On the ground of the instant land, I land, and J land, the deceased newly constructed a cement brick studio store of 68.20 square meters (hereinafter “instant building”) on May 31, 1985, and completed registration of preservation of ownership in the name of the deceased on May 31, 1985, and upon the death of the deceased, K, Defendant D, Defendant E, and Defendant F, the deceased’s heir, on June 2, 201, completed registration of ownership transfer for each share of the instant building due to inheritance according to the respective inheritance shares as above.

In fact, the instant building is located on the instant land, I land, and J land, but is registered on the real estate register and building register as being located on the land and J land.

The area of the instant land is 6 square meters, and most of the instant buildings are on the ground of land I and J, and part of the “1 square meters shop” part of the ground plan under the ground plan among the instant buildings is on the instant land.

Plaintiff

A, when entering into a “building Building Sales Contract” with K, Defendant D, and Defendant F on March 21, 2014 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”), purchased 7/9 billion won in total of the shares of K, Defendant D, and Defendant F on the instant building and the instant land, and KRW 7/9 billion in the price for the instant building and the instant land and the instant land, which are its site, and on the grounds thereof, purchase the instant building, I land, and J land, respectively.
