Defendant
A A shall be punished by a fine of two million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Part of the facts charged shall be revised and supplemented without going through amendments to indictment to the extent that it seems that there is no concern about substantial disadvantage to the defendant's defense right.
1. Alteration of private documents;
A. Defendant A: (a) on September 10, 2015, with a prescription issued by C Council member C Council’s doctor D, and issued on September 10, 2015, with a view to carrying 60 purposes, Defendant A entered the name of prescription medicines in the column of “di”, “number 1”, “2”, “30”, and “30” in the number of pages of medication, and written the prescription in the name of the president, and signed by the E Council member’s doctor D; (b) on September 23, 2015, with a prescription issued by the E Council member’s doctor F, and stated “di” as “one in the charge of prescription medicines” in the name of the original prescription, “one indi”, “one indi”, and “one indi” as “one indi”, “one indi” and “one indi” as “one indi” and “one in the charge of prescription medicines for the purpose of possessing 30 others.
In the number of days of medication, the prescription, which is a private document, was modified by the method of making a 30-day figure into a test-type pen and signing in the name of the president.
B. On October 9, 2015, Defendant B: (a) issued a prescription from the HPC room located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government by the IJ on October 23:0, 2015, and (b) had the name, the amount of medication, the number of administration, and the number of days of administration of the original prescription revised by the corrected amount; and (b) stated the name of prescription on the “27” column on the date on which the number of issuance of a prescription printed out by the canned after correcting the name and quantity of prescription medicines; and (c) directly input the prescription into the “30” column in the number of administration; and (d) alter the prescription of a private document by directly entering the “30” in the number of days of administration; and (e) altering the prescription.
