A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A. On May 16, 2015, at the same place as No. 1(a) around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) taken out a prescription with a maximum of 30 medical prescription from E for others; (b) issued a prescription to a pharmacist; and (c) issued and received a local mental medicine in a way that the F pharmacy provides a prescription to a pharmacist and receives another citizen from a DNA.

E. On June 9, 2015, at the same place as paragraph 1-C around June 9, 2015, the Defendant issued a prescription with a maximum of 30 medical prescription from a doctor I to D under the J’s name, and issued and received a prescription from a pharmacist at the neighboring pharmacy, and received a local mental medicine by giving another citizen a prescription to D.
