Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with labor at the Busan District Court for the crime of interference with business, etc., and the sentence became final and conclusive on May 8, 2015.
1. Interference with business;
A. On May 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the instant coffee shop operated by the victim C in Busan East-gu, Busan at around 20:00 on May 1, 2014; and (b) sought payment after ordering the coffee; (c) Chewing money to the victim who requested payment.
f. The Defendant, by force, obstructed the victim’s coffee business by avoiding disturbance for about 10 minutes, such as she takes a desire to “Is, ma, kis, and shes,” and she took the fry to fry, “Is,” and obstructed the victim’s coffee business by force. (b) On August 2014, 2014, the Defendant entered the said coffee shop at around 01:00 on the first day of the date, and ordered 01:0, followed the Defendant’s speech that I would not be ordered to complete the business of the said victim, and she expressed the said victim’s desire to “Is, Chewing, ma, and NAs.” The Defendant obstructed the victim’s coffee business by avoiding disturbance by force for about 10 minutes. 2. Around 09:55 on September 14, 2014, the insultd the victim’s coffee business by force by avoiding the disturbance for about 20 minutes, such as singinging and singing off the Defendant’s desire. Around 09:55 on September 14, 2014, the insultd Defendant publicly insultingd the victim E (the 41-year-old age), while police officers who received a report while locked around the coffee shop, and dispatched to the site after receiving a report, sing down the Defendant, and sing down the Defendant.
