A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized Pipe (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 17, 2016, the Defendant found the Victim F (F) that: (a) took part in the meeting of the Company D elementary school located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si on August 17, 2016; (b) took part in the company meeting of the company; (c) stopped the EM3 car in front of the said school; and (d) took part in the vehicle while getting out of the vehicle; and (d) took part in the vehicle.

Defendant 1: (a) was driven by directly driving the above vehicle, parked the vehicle in front of the neighboring apartment building; (b) discovered a pipe (the length: 108cm, diameter: 2.5cm, No. 1cm) which is a dangerous object in the way on which the vehicle was driven from the vehicle; (c) was able to control the victim by using the pipe; (d) was frightened by using the pipe; and (e) was 1km away from the victim; (e) around 22:50 on the same day, the victim was fright away from the pipe near the H of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the above pipe was shicked to the victim’s right head; and (e) the victim was frighted to the victim’s face; and (e) the victim was frighted to the victim’s face; and (e) the victim was frighted to the victim’s face; and (e) the victim was frighted to the victim’s family; and (e) the victim was fright to the victim’s face.

Accordingly, the Defendant, carrying dangerous objects, and assaulted the victim.

2. The Defendant did not obtain a driver’s license in the vicinity of D elementary schools located in Ansan-si, the 23:06 Ansan-si on August 17, 2016 and around 22:35 on the same day.
