A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, each of the assaults against the victim C and D.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 249] The defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment or five years of suspended execution by the Daejeon High Court on June 13, 2012 due to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.), and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on the 21st of the same month, and is currently under suspended execution.

On January 2, 2014, at around 08:30, the Defendant: (a) sought a hack pipe and watch, which is a dangerous object, in the victim F’s residence; (b) and (c) sought a hacker pipe and watch; and (d) sought a hacker’s “packer; (b) hack, hack, and hacker”; and (c) sought a hacker from the victim to remove the hack pipe from the victim.
