1. Determination as to the claim against the defendant B

A. Claim to the effect that the Plaintiff seeking delivery of the occupied portion against Defendant B, as the implementer of the C Housing Redevelopment Rearrangement Project, who is the occupant of the real estate indicated in attached Form 7

(b) Grounds for recognition: Judgment based on the recommendation of confession (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act);

The Plaintiff’s determination as to the claim against Defendant A was made on March 28, 2018 by setting the amount of compensation for the building indicated in attached Form 1 and setting the date of expropriation as March 28, 2018 (hereinafter “instant expropriation”), and the Plaintiff deposited the compensation prescribed in the instant expropriation for Defendant A on March 20, 2018, with no dispute between the parties concerned or with the deposit of the compensation prescribed in the instant management and disposition plan on November 7, 2016 (hereinafter “instant management and disposition plan”); Defendant A is the owner of the building indicated in attached Form 1; the Central Land Expropriation Committee set the amount of compensation for the building listed in attached Form 1 on March 28, 2018; and the Plaintiff deposited the compensation prescribed in the instant expropriation for Defendant A on March 20, 2018.

According to the above facts of recognition, Defendant A is obliged to acquire the right to use and benefit as the project implementer of this case and to deliver the real estate listed in attached Table 1 to the Plaintiff who completed the deposit of compensation following the expropriation ruling on the building listed in attached
