1. The defendant shall have jurisdiction over each real estate listed in the attached list to the plaintiff in Incheon District Court Kimpo-si.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) between 1972 and 1987.

B. On October 20, 2016, the Defendant, the Republic of Korea, completed the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant (hereinafter “instant registration of transfer of ownership”) on the ground of the donation made on October 13, 2016 by the Busan District Court No. 76409, which was received by the father- branch of the Incheon District Court, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si Office, for each of the instant real estate (hereinafter “instant donation”).

C. Around November 10, 2013, the Plaintiff was in cerebral chropiced in his/her residence, and was diagnosed with cerebral typhism and masical dementia in detail at D Hospital around that time, and was hospitalized with the relevant hospital’s surgery from November 11, 2013 to December 20, 2013.

As a result of the dementia examination conducted at the time of being hospitalized in the E-valescent, the Plaintiff was discharged from the said hospital and immediately hospitalized in the E-valescent and received hospitalized treatment from December 20, 2013 to October 10, 2016. As a result of the dementia examination conducted at the time of being hospitalized in the E-valescent Hospital, MPE 12 points, GDS 5 points, and early dementia status, and MP3 points, GDS 6 points as a result of the dementia examination conducted around May 7, 2016 when being hospitalized, and was assessed as a mid-term dementia.

With the aggravation of the Plaintiff’s dementia symptoms, F, the spouse of the Plaintiff, filed a petition for a trial on commencement of adult guardianship with Seoul Family Court 2016 Madan51958 on October 11, 2016. On June 5, 2017, the above court commenced adult guardianship for the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff has continuously been unable to perform its duties due to mental constraints, and decided on the commencement of adult guardianship for the Plaintiff on June 5, 2017, as an adult guardian for the Plaintiff’s property management, B, and as an adult guardian for the Plaintiff’s personal protection affairs, appointed G, a child, and the said judgment was finalized on June 30, 2017.
