4. Around 18:00 on December 27, 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold 0.14g phiphonephones through the “E” under the name omitted from the first street located in Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City H, and purchased and sold 0.14g phiphones.

5. On February 8, 2019, the Defendant injected approximately 0.07 g of phiphones from the Nam-gu Busan Nam-gu Jel to a single-use injection machine, dilution with raw water, and administered phiphones by means of injection into arms.

6. On February 10, 2019, at around 19:03, the Defendant received 0.38 ghonphones from M in front of the L Hospital parking lot located in K in Kimhae-si, without compensation, from M in front of the L Hospital parking lot.
