A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of company B that sells functional health foods.

On July 15, 2013, the Defendant entered the name and resident registration number of C in a computer screen to verify the address of a debtor who has not paid the price of goods of the said company at the office of B company located in the Dong-dong, Busan, the Defendant: (a) entered the debtor’s name and resident registration number into the computer screen; (b) removed the name and resident registration number of C from the computer screen; (c) entered the name and resident registration number of the debtor D who was already issued through the Busan District Court website; (d) forged a copy of the order to correct the address under the name E, which is an official document, by means of copying the name and resident registration number of C; and (d) forged a copy of the order to correct the address in the copy; and (e) submitted a copy of the order to correct the forged address as mentioned above at the office of the Dong-dong, Busan, Dong-dong, Busan, to the employee of the resident service center; and (e) received a copy of the resident registration record card from that time to January 23, 2014.
