1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant Copi global corporation: (a) KRW 916,316,580; and (b) from February 5, 2014 to February 5, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an autonomous management organization that consists of occupants for the management of the Namcheon-gu 151, Namcheon-gu, Busan in order to manage the Namcheon-gu (13 Dong-dong 987 households, hereinafter “instant apartment”).

(2) Defendant Copi global corporation (hereinafter “stock company’s name”) is a company that constructed and sold the instant apartment by being awarded a contract for the construction of the instant apartment from the Namcheon Apartment Housing Reconstruction and Improvement Project Association (hereinafter “the instant association”) and the Defendant’s housing guarantee is a company that guaranteed Defendant Copi’s liability for repairing defects for the instant apartment.

B. On March 28, 2006, Defendant Culul Global entered into a construction contract with the instant association to receive a contract for the instant apartment construction (hereinafter “instant construction contract”) and completed the new construction work of the instant apartment around January 2009, and Defendant Culul Global was subject to a pre-use inspection on or around January 16, 2009 for the instant apartment.

C. On December 23, 2008, the guarantee for the Defendant’s housing warranty contract concluded each contract for the repair of defects as indicated below (hereinafter “instant guarantee contract”) with the head of Yeongdeungpo-gu as the guarantee creditor with respect to the instant apartment as to the instant apartment, and entered into a contract for the repair of defects as indicated in the [Attachment 1], and issued a written warranty of defects, and thereafter the guarantee creditor was changed from the head of Suwon-gu to the Plaintiff.

D. The occurrence of defects in the apartment of this case (1)
