Purport of claim and appeal

1. The court's explanation concerning this case is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim against the defendant B shall be accepted on the ground of its reason, and the claim against the defendant C shall be accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining claim shall be dismissed on the ground of its reason.

The judgment of the court of first instance is justifiable in its conclusion, and all appeals by the Defendants are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
