Purport of claim and appeal

1. The reasoning of the court's explanation of this case is the same as that of the part concerning the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. The plaintiff's claim against the defendant Guarantee Corporation is justified, and the claim against the defendant B shall be accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining claim shall be dismissed as it is without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the defendants' appeal against it is dismissed in its entirety as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
