1. The fact-finding and judgment of the first instance court are justified even if the evidence submitted in the first instance court citing the judgment of the first instance is based on the evidence submitted in this court.

Therefore, this court's reasoning is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, thereby citing it according to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act

2. In conclusion, the plaintiffs' claims of this case shall be accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining claims shall be dismissed as they are without merit. Since the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, all appeals filed by the plaintiffs and the defendants are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
