Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2012, at a place where it is impossible to identify a place, the Defendant applied for the re-issuance of one lot of cards (credit card No. C) in the name of the Defendant’s mother B by phone call to the card company as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s mother B, and was issued around that time. On September 25, 2013, the Defendant was issued a new copy of cards (credit card No. D) in the name of B by the said method at a place where it is impossible to identify the place.

However, the Defendant did not obtain the consent of the application for the issuance or re-issuance of a credit card from B, and rather requested that the re-issuance be prohibited from using the credit card from B prior to that time. The Defendant was unable to issue a credit card in the Defendant’s credit condition because the Defendant was a person with bad credit standing at the time, and the basic cost of supply and demand for daily life alone is insufficient to use the credit card as a cost of living.

As seen above, Defendant 1 deceiving and deceiving a victim with a card company, and it is clear that it is a clerical error in the indictment “ August 30, 2015,” which read, as seen above, that it is a clerical error in the statement of the victim’s name.”

From around December 25, 2016 to around December 25, 2016, the victim's lot, which is a chain store, deceiving the department store's luminous dump points, used a total of KRW 176,065,427, and acquired financial benefits equivalent to the above amount by failing to pay the total of KRW 18,184,788, which is part of the price, as stated in the list 1 and the column for the amount not repaid in attached Form 2.
