The sentence against the accused shall be determined by a fine of KRW 10 million.

Criminal facts

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a car B K5 car;

On February 24, 2020, at around 02:50, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.103% of blood alcohol level, proceeded with the roads 296 Sungcheon-gun culture in front of the 296 Sungcheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

At the time of night, in such a case, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the operation devices and steering gear of the vehicle and accurately.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant, while neglecting this, conflicted with the traffic island series of seats installed on the right side of the running direction of the vehicle in the front part of the K5 vehicle, and continuously reconconvened the road boundary next to the right side into the front part of the vehicle.
