A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 10, 2016, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) driven a B K5 car and driven the said car out of the said car, and started driving the said car, and then, (b) the police officers belonging to the Jincheon Police Station C police box, and the police officers belonging to the Jincheon Police Agency C police officers belonging to the Hacheon Police Agency C police officers belonging to the Hacheon-dong Police Agency, requested a drinking-free test by drinking-free, and (c) the Defendant was required to take a drinking-free test by drinking-free, and (d) was unable to stop the said car, and was punished as a drinking-free driver, and (e) the Defendant was forced to take a drinking-free test by driving the said car, and then, (e) went away from the said car, and (e) went away, and made a drinking-free car, such as assault and assault of the light-free car through the window of the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties by police officers on drinking control.

2. Illegal uttering of official documents;

A. On June 10, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant voluntarily carried out the Defendant’s license as a driver’s license in front of G in Jincheon-gun F, Jincheon-gun for the same reason as that of paragraph (1). When the Defendant was requested by the Inspector I to verify his status, the Defendant, who was under the name of the Commissioner of the Dancheon-gun Police Agency at the time when he was in possession, presented that he completed the Defendant’s license as a driver’s license.

Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.

B. On June 22, 2016, at around 10:03, the Defendant was investigated at the Criminal Team Office of the Jancheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, and was requested by JinK to verify the status for the same reason as Paragraph 1, the Defendant presented the Defendant’s Dong-J’s driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner of the Chungcheongnam-do Police Agency who was in possession at the time.

Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.

3. Forgery of private signature, and the use of a false investigation or signature;
