1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) deliver the second floor of 330 square meters among the buildings listed in the attached list;

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On January 3, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant under which 330 square meters of the second floor among the buildings listed in the attached Table owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant building”) are leased to the Defendant with a deposit of KRW 30 million,500,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,500,000, contract period from March 1, 2012 to February 28, 2014 (hereinafter “instant lease contract”), and the Plaintiff agreed to pay the Plaintiff the rent from March 30, 2012 to the Plaintiff on the 30th day of each month.
