1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Of the real estate listed in paragraph 1 of the attached Table 1, the indication of the attached Form 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 15, 2012, the Plaintiff concluded a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with the Defendant regarding each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

(2) The lease period: From May 21, 2012 to May 20, 2014 (3) The contract is terminated when the contract is delayed for at least three months.

B. After the Defendant paid to the Plaintiff each of the instant rent of KRW 1.5 million on June 21, 2012 and KRW 1.5 million on July 4, 2012, the Defendant did not pay to the Plaintiff the said rent under the instant lease agreement.

C. On May 6, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to amend the instant lease agreement by deducting the unpaid rent of KRW 15 million (1.5 million x 10 million x 10 months) from the deposit amount of KRW 30 million as follows:

D. The Defendant did not pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of the rent with the exception that the Plaintiff pays a sum of KRW 34.4 million as follows with respect to the rent under the instant modified contract.

E. On September 9, 2013, October 17, 2013, and May 21, 2014; November 20, 2014; and on November 9, 2015, the Plaintiff issued this case’s delay for at least two months of monthly rent to the Defendant.
