A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 17, 2015, at around 07:40, the Defendant: (a) was working with C and C in front of the second floor of the office building of the International Airport of Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, 112 Kim Jong-ro, the 17:40, the 2015, and was working at C, while patroling at C, the border with D and D were the Defendant’s arms, and (b) the said D and E’s breast parts were pushed down on hand and drinking.

The Defendant assaulted the above D and E, thereby hindering his legitimate execution of duties concerning the patrol of the airport office building.

1. The defendant's act of taking the defendant's arms at the site of Kimpo Airport at the time of the allegation of the case constitutes an illegal arrest.
