A shall be punished by fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,00, and by fine of KRW 3,000,000, respectively.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants and D, as they did not have a certain occupation, are those who were called “Yeungpo Yan” (of them, B was the behavior members of the “new South East East-west,” a Japanese violence organization in Seoul, Seo-nam, Seoul, which is managed by the police), who were mobilized in front of the office building of the Kimpo Airport for a certain period to pressure the employees of H who are competitors by E operators, F, and G.
In addition, I, J, and K are young people without a certain occupation, and they were mobilized in front of Kimpo Airport's office buildings located in the Republic of Korea through the connection of Defendant C in order to pressure H workers who are competitors.
In the Kimpo Airport, in addition to the official parking company ordered by the Korea Airport Corporation (SY Co., Ltd.), the private parking agency has been established in many surrounding areas in the past, but the present is wholly organized and only two companies such as E and H are operated.
These companies are competitively engaged in parking agency business by having places of business outside the airport facilities and receiving 10,000 won per day and 10,000 won per proxy parking fee from each of the employees who take full charge of the receipt of vehicles (one string hereinafter referred to as "one string") against customers who directly drive and arrive at the site by using the Internet, etc. on the front side of the Kimpo Airport and the International Office Building Round, or against customers who directly drive and arrive at the site without reservation, and (one string string hereinafter referred to as "one string string ") who take full charge of the receipt of vehicles.
On December 2014, H business owners, a competitor company, are absorbing existing M after the opening of the business, and there is a growing number of core human resources such as N andO, E, and E and H operators whose sales are rapidly reduced by deducting a large number of people secured by them from existing number of customers, and this two private parking is created by the aggravation of appraisal.
