[Criminal history] On April 26, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 10, 201, for the following reasons: (a) the Defendant was sentenced to a prison term of ten months in Seoul Southern District Court due to intrusion on a structure at night; and (b) the judgment became final and conclusive on May

[2] The Defendant: (a) committed a crime in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Fire Fighting) with a view to committing a theft of cash kept in his/her custody by attacking his/her office site in the office building of the Kimpo Airport International Airport that was located in Gangseo-gu, Seoul (Fire Fighting Do); (b) the pertinent employees entering the office, who opened the office, observe the entrance’s digital painting number, memory the password, and intrude the office; and (c) invaded the office, thereby committing a theft.

1. On April 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 23:10 on April 18, 2017; (b) around 23:50 on April 18, 2017, in front of the office of the first floor of the 1st floor of the Kimpo Airport International Airport Office located in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul (Fire-Fighting Dong), the Defendant: (c) intruded into the above office; (d) entered the password with the above password combined with the above password, into a small credit cooperative located in the above office; and (d) annually entered a small credit cooperative, which was kept in the above office at the above small credit cooperative, and then deducted the bags containing the sum of KRW 45,00,00, cash 200,000, and KRW 887,000, a victim’s name, who was in custody at the above office at the above small credit cooperative.

On April 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) had intrusion on a structure at night around April 21, 2017 and around 23:50 on April 21, 2017, into the office of “D” as indicated in paragraph (1); (b) had intruded the said office in the same manner as indicated in paragraph (1); and (c) had invaded the small credit cooperative on the said method; and (d) had taken custody of the said small credit cooperative in the said small credit cooperative after year, he/she ended the bags containing the sum of KRW 1,210,000 in cash and KRW 450,00 in a total of KRW 1,210,00 in cash.

3. On April 24, 2017, the Defendant for larceny of a structure at night around April 24, 2017, located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Gangseo-gu 38 (Fire Fighting Road) between around 23:10 and around 23:50 on April 24, 2017.
