A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall order the completion of a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 2, 2015, the Defendant forced indecent conduct on November 2, 2015: (a) 04:00 on November 2, 2015, instead of making soup a so set of “D” located in Gangnam-si C, the victim E (the age of 48) forced to commit an indecent act by reporting the situation in which the victim E (the age of 48) came to the floor and forced to commit an indecent act; and (b) on the back of the victim, the Defendant moved the victim to another place where the victim was locked with snow.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by assaulting victims.
