A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is a relative of a victim D (math, current 20 years of age, and first 14 years of age at the time of the first damage).

The Defendant: (a) around five (5) days after the date of the crime of the above B-Ba, reported the appearance of the victim locked at the Defendant’s home room; (b) taken the victim’s mind to commit an indecent act; and (c) took the victim’s sexual organ back to the victim’s sexual organ; and (d) took the victim’s fingers into the victim’s sexual organ, and kid against the victim’s fingers by gathering his fingers from the victim’s hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the victim's kinship by force.

2. A defendant who violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent act by force in relation to relatives) reports that the victim (here 20 years of age) who was diagnosed with chronic renal failure at the home of the above defendant takes a seat at a hospital and takes a role in the hospital, around December 28, 2013.
