A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (voluntary indecent act by blood) specified the time of crime based on the evidence, such as the victim’s statement at 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. on January 2014.

The following paragraphs are also specified in paragraph 2:

In the Government of Gyeonggi-do, E-Ba, the defendant's office No. 402 committed indecent acts by force against the victim G (or children of the defendant's spouse F) who is the victim G (or children of the defendant's spouse F) who was licked by TV in the ward at the home of the defendant's office, and by taking the victim's hand into the victim's own clothes, the victim's sexual organ was put into the victim's own clothes, and the victim's sexual organ was forced.

가. 피고인은 2014. 1. 경부터 2. 경까지 사이의 일자 불상 일 오후 10시 ~11 시경 전항과 같은 장소에서 TV를 보고 있던 피해자의 뒤에 누워 피해자의 손을 잡아 끌어 자신의 성기를 만지게 하고, 이를 거부하며 손과 발로 피고인을 밀어내는 피해자의 다리 부위를 몸으로 누르고, 손으로 피해자의 양 손을 잡은 후 피해자의 바지와 속옷을 벗기고, 피해자의 성기를 혀로 핥은 후 손가락을 피해자의 음부에 넣었다 빼고, 피해자의 몸 위에 올라 타 움직이지 못하게 하여 피해자의 반항을 억압한 다음 피해자를 1회 간음하여 강간하였다.

B.
