Criminal facts

On July 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for six months due to a violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic, at the Busan District Court, and the said judgment becomes final and conclusive on November 19, 2016, and is currently under suspended sentence.
