A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence Nos. 1 and 2 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2017 and June 26, 2017 from around June 24, 2017 to around June 26, 2017, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic of E in such a way as to allow the above male to receive KRW 130,00 from the above male, and to receive KRW 130,00,00 from the above male, by means of anonymous hosting app such as D, 'F', and 'G'.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic jointly or independently with C, and arranged sexual traffic.

The Defendant, while having agreed to distribute 80,000 won, out of the victim’s 130,000 won that he/she received by engaging in sexual traffic once between the victim E, he/she embezzled 9,60,000 won by arbitrarily consuming 1,560,00 won, without returning to the victim, while keeping the total amount of 1,560,000 won, from June 19, 2017 and from June 26, 2017 to June 26, 2017.

3. On July 25, 2017, the Defendant forced the Defendant and H are victims C (31 tax) who invested and emitted from the “Jel” parking lot located in the “Jel” parking lot located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seo-gu.
