Punishment of the crime

1. On December 2, 2016, Defendant A received request from C and D to lend the name of “F” business entity registered in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and 1 underground floors, and Defendant C knowingly consented to the operation of the said business entity as a commercial sex, and then lent the name of the Defendant. From December 26, 2016 to February 2, 2017, C arranged commercial sex acts by receiving KRW 110,00 from an unspecified number of male customers who found the said business entity together with B, and having female employees G et al. receive KRW 10,000 from an unspecified number of male customers who had found the said business entity as well as the head of the office from December 26, 2016 to February 2, 2017.

After that, on February 2, 2017, when the above establishment was controlled by the police, C, D, the defendant specifically informed the structure, operation method, etc. of the commercial sex acts establishment in question to the defendant, and requested the defendant to undergo an investigation instead of the actual owner of the commercial sex acts, and the defendant, upon his request, stated that the defendant was unemployed upon the investigation conducted by the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam Police Station on March 3, 2017.

On the other hand, C and B continued to operate the police station even after the control over the police. A and around May 17, 2017 re-controled on the police station. Nevertheless, the Defendant was investigated by the Seoul District Police Agency located in Jongno-gu Seoul around June 1, 2017, and again made a false statement as the actual owner upon C and D’s request.

2. Defendant B
