The defendant shall be innocent.

The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant first known the victim C (the 25 years of age), the viewers of the broadcast run by the Defendant, and sent contact around January 8, 2018. On February 8, 2018, when the Defendant made a proposal that the Defendant would make a special contribution to the broadcast to the victim located in Seoul, the Defendant first sent the victim to the Youngnam-gun on the same day, and then the Defendant was able to talk with the victim. Since then, the Defendant was able to look at the victim, who was locked with the Defendant’s money room while making a contribution to the broadcast, but the victim was able to commit an indecent act by making the victim locked.

1. On February 9, 2018, the Defendant, at around 11:00 on February 9, 2018, entered with the victim under the former Yong-Gun Dambling Ecom where the victim was her married, and then, “I will do so at latest at night.
