1. At around 01:10 on August 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered a victim under the influence of alcohol in front of the “G” coffee shop located in the Busan Shoro-gu; and (b) entered the said victim’s access to the said victim; (c) deemed the victim’s market price as a hand to steal the unfluort plos; (d) however, the Defendant did not go against the victim’s locking and unfluening the said plice with the wind, but did not commit an attempted crime.
