Criminal facts
The defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in Seoul Western District Court on January 30, 2009, and on April 25, 2000, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year at the Seoul Central District Court on April 25, 200 and was sentenced to five times in total.
1. On November 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 16:48, 2014, up to the subway median line 17-ro Myeonk-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, the lower court: (b) covered the Defendant’s bank back to the back of the subway line 17-ro, with the Defendant’s hand, the Defendant covered the bank that the victim was faced by the Defendant’s hand; (c) opened the victim’s bank boom; and (d) opened the bank 80,000 won in cash owned by the victim; (d) 5,000 won in gift certificates; (e) 5,000 won in gift certificates; (e) 1, 50,000 won in pension lottery tickets; (e) 1, Nonghyup CC card; (e) 1, 1, 1 driver’s license certificates; and (e) 1, 1, 300,000 won in market price.
2. On January 18, 2015, around 15:48, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the subway central king point of the subway station located in 17 in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the victim D by covering the Handbags in the Defendant’s hand, the victim was able to cover the handbags in the Defendant’s hand; (c) opened the Handbags of the victim; and (d) cut off the 37,000 won in cash owned by the victim; (d) opened the bag; (e) one corporate bank check card; (e) one corporate bank physical card; and (e) one resident registration certificate.
3. On January 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 18:41, 2015, up to the subway line 1: (b) the subway line 2 located underground in the middle-gu Seoul Central District, Jung-gu, Seoul; (c) obstructed the back of the victim E and covered the bank used by the victim for the Defendant’s hand by an external dose, which used in the victim’s hand; (d) opened the bank spread of the victim; and (e) opened the bank 30,000 won in cash owned by the victim and cash 30,000 won in cash; and (e) one resident registration certificate.
