Basic Facts

On September 15, 2005 and July 31, 2006, the Plaintiff concluded each of the insurance contracts listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “each of the insurance contracts of this case”) with Defendant B, the son’s children, as the insured.

Defendant B was hospitalized in a hospital for 234 days in total four times from March 18, 2008 to August 19, 2009, and Defendant A received KRW 74,487,716 in total of the insurance proceeds as listed below from March 28, 2008 to May 7, 2010 according to each insurance contract of this case.
