1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On May 14, 2009, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. After the Defendant’s contract of this case was concluded, the Defendant was hospitalized for 14 days from July 16, 2009 to July 29, 2009, with knee-cosium 14 days, and was hospitalized for 359 days in total from July 16, 2009 to January 30, 2015 as indicated in Table 1 below.
