【Criminal Facts】

On October 25, 2018, the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act twice or more, and driven a F QM3 car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.220% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver license from a section of about 200 meters from the front of the road in Tong-si B around 20:33 to the front of the E-Road located in D in the same city.
