1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 29, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 for a fine of KRW 1,500,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Changwon District Court's Jinju branch on November 13, 2009, a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 for a fine of KRW 1,50,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Changwon District Court's Jin branch on April 28, 2010.
