Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 60,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 12, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court's Jinju on November 12, 2008, and on June 17, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court's Busan District Court.

On February 21, 2013, at around 00:10, the Defendant driven a 20-meter amount of Category B New EF station or another car at the seat of the Seoul ridge in front of the land village located in Jinju-si, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.126% of blood alcohol concentration.
