1. The defendant,
A. Of the land size of 271 square meters in Gwangju City, the Plaintiff each point of the indication of the annexed drawing Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 shall be in sequence.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. A. Around April 201, the Plaintiff’s former husband E, F, and G drafted a trade memorandum with the content of purchasing approximately 1,300 H forest land in Gwangju-si. On March 11, 2012, the main industry development company and the Defendant agreed to jointly construct 12 buildings on the land of Gwangju-si I, J, and H.
B. The Plaintiff, F, K, and G were co-ownership of the 775 square meters of the D forest in Gwangju-si divided into 8,411 square meters of HH forests and fields in Gwangju-si (hereinafter “D land”). On February 7, 2012, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the Plaintiff’s name on the grounds of co-owned property partition.
C. Around 2012, the Plaintiff, G, and F shared the land G, the Plaintiff, and F, and the Plaintiff, G, and F agreed to use the land at the time of authorization or permission in accordance with various relevant laws and regulations, and the third party’s promise not to raise a civil or criminal objection against the use of the land without any separate consent after the authorization or permission was processed under this Agreement.

The Plaintiff obtained a building permit from the Gwangju City Mayor to construct multi-family housing on the ground of the D land, and obtained the permission to change the building area, number of households, the number of buildings, and height on July 13, 2015.
On June 3, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract on construction of multi-household houses on the D’s land between New Daily Construction Co., Ltd., and the said company constructed a building on the D’s land.
E. On July 8, 2016, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the Rose of Sharon Trust Co., Ltd. on the D land.
F. Of the instant land, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed in the name of the Defendant on February 24, 2016 with respect to F shares in the instant land.
