1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Of the land size of 708 square meters in Jinjin-si, each point of the attached Form 2, 3, 4, 12, and 2 shall be attached hereto.

1. Basic facts

A. Before subdivision, D (hereinafter “D”) 3,139 square meters of forests and fields E were owned by Nonparty F. F obtained consent to the use of land from the owner of G land H, and the access road was installed from E forest land to the contribution of the land from the State of I, with permission to occupy and use the land from the State of I, and with permission to occupy and use the land from the State of I.

The part of the dispute of this case, as stated below, is part of the access road.

B. Since then, E/139 square meters of forest land was divided into 3,139 square meters of forest land E/ 938 square meters of forest land (hereinafter “E”) on December 5, 1995, C/C 708 square meters of forest land (hereinafter “C”) and J forest land into 1493 square meters.

C.F newly constructed each building on the land E and C’s ground (hereinafter referred to as “instant telecom”) and completed registration of initial ownership on January 11, 1996.

On January 26, 1996, each land category of the divided lands (E land, C land, and J forest land 1493 square meters) was changed into a site.

E. On April 1, 1996, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on the ground of sale in the non-party K, and on May 2, 2008, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on the ground of sale in the Plaintiff’s future.

F. On June 5, 2001, the registration of ownership transfer for auction due to a voluntary auction was completed in the name of Nonparty L on the land and the instant cartel, and thereafter, on August 16, 2002, Nonparty N on April 29, 2004, Nonparty N on October 14, 2004, and Nonparty P on February 6, 2007, the registration of ownership transfer for each trade was completed in the name of Nonparty P on February 7, 201, and on February 7, 2013.

G. Of the land in C, 46 square meters on the part of the land in the ship connecting each point of the separate sheet Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 12, 11, 10, 10, and 1 among the land in the attached sheet Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 12, 10, and 10 are packaged for asphalt and used as an access road for entry into the instant cartel.

In addition, the defendant is to operate the instant telecom on the ground that connects each point of Annex C 2, 3, 4, 12, and 2 among the land.
