Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 26, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the destruction of evidence at the Incheon District Court for four months, and on November 10, 2017, the Incheon District Court sentenced one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of violation of the Narcotics Control Act, etc. at the Incheon District Court on February 23, 2018, which became final and conclusive on February 23, 2018, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Incheon Detention House on July 26, 2018.

On June 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received a single-use injection device, containing approximately 0.07g of psychotropic drugs, from B, without compensation, using a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.07g of psychotropic drugs; (b) dilution in a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.07g of philopon; and (c) administered by means of dilution to the Defendant’s right arms.

B. Around July 15, 2019, the Defendant received a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.07 g of the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government, Seo-gu, Dalop, and philopon from B without compensation, and made the dilution by inserting the growth water into a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.07 g of philopon, and administered the Defendant’s right part of the Defendant’s blood transfusion.

C. Around July 25, 2019, the Defendant received a single-use injection device with approximately 0.07 g of philophones in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and Dorophones without compensation from B, and made dilution by inserting aquatic water into a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.07 g of philophones, and then administered them by means of injection to the Defendant’s right-hand throcon.

On October 1, 2019, the Defendant purchased a penphone with approximately 10g of philopon, which was hidden in the air conditioner of the building from Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and KRW 3 million to F, and F, with approximately 10g of philopon in the air conditioner of the building.
