A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. On October 19, 2018, the Defendant purchased vinyl C with approximately 0.5g of psychotropic drugs, using approximately 0.5g of psychotropic drugs, at a restaurant where the trade name in Goyang-si B shopping mall is unknown, and the Defendant purchased sylphones with psychotropic drugs.

2. On November 8, 2018, at around 05:30, the Defendant, at the studio E room located in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in the form of a single philopon, delivered the fluculon with a philopon 0.03g, without compensation.

3. At around 18:00 on December 28, 2018, the Defendant issued philophones by inserting a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.07g of philophones into G apartment in Pakistan, and H heading, and by causing I to bring them to it.

4. On December 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) made a pipe in G Apartment at Paju, G apartment at Paju, and silver stuffed in J; (b) put the pipe in its inner part by filling in the friage of marijuana (pertime smoking portion); and (c) smoked in a way of smokeing the pipe.

5. On January 5, 2019, at around 21:00, the Defendant injected phiphones by inserting approximately 0.03g of philopon into a single-use studio E room located in Pakistan-si, and dilution with water, and administering philopon in a way of injecting it into the arms blood cells.

6. On January 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 16:18, in the receipt of the driver’s seat of the Kunst Sports Vehicle parked in G Apartment, the Defendant carried a philopon by inserting a one-time injection device containing approximately 0.1g of philopon; (b) a one-time injection device containing approximately 0.08g of philopon; and (c) a one-time injection and philopon volume containing a melting liquid 0.05ml.
