A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. As a result, the defendant spawned by using the act of providing property or property benefits to those who win the result by issuing sports promotion voting rights or similar things.

2. On April 7, 2016, the Defendant sent KRW 1,00,00 to EL of the company’s account (Account Number D) with a private sports soil account in the name of the Defendant at the location described in paragraph (1) of the said website by using the computer, sent KRW 1,00,000 to EL of the company’s private sports soil account (Account Number 105202939804), and charged the game money. At the same time, the Defendant predicted the winning of the domestic and foreign sports competition offered on the said website, and received dividends depending on whether it was in good faith, and deposited KRW 40,000 to 40,000,000 in the company’s account as a total of KRW 40,000,000,000 in the company’s account, 30,0000,000 in the company’s account, 40,000,000.
