A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and an entrusted business entity, shall engage in any act of providing property or property benefits (hereinafter referred to as "similar act") to persons who win the results of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or things similar thereto and make them fit for the results thereof;

around September 17:28, 2014, the Defendant deposited KRW 1,50,00 from the Defendant’s mobile phone to the NA’s bank account (Account Number G) with the Defendant’s mobile phone to KRW 1,50,000 from the NA’s bank account (Account Number I), which is the above site deposit account, and deposited the game money, and then deposited the game money in Korea and abroad, and received dividends depending on whether it was in progress at the above site’s domestic and foreign stable games offered at the above site, and paid KRW 1,50,00,00 from around 17:28 to November 24, 2015, the Defendant deposited KRW 30 of the crime day, KRW 1,50,00, KRW 270 of the company’s account, KRW 1,50 of the company’s deposit account, KRW 300,50 of the company’s deposit account, KRW 1,570 of the company’s deposit account, KRW 2701,847.7.

2. Habitually, the Defendant, along with members of the non-severed, displayed the results of the domestic and overseas stable games at the time, place, such as Paragraph 1, and carried out private sports discussions in which dividends were paid depending on whether or not they were fit.
