A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than an entrusted business entity, shall engage in an act of offering property or property benefits to persons who win at the results of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or a similar things or gambling using such rights.

Nevertheless, on November 27, 2012, the Defendant deposited KRW 100,00 in one bank (67910834304) account in the name of the company bank (C) account under the name of the Defendant’s name, one bank (6779,008304), which is the deposit account of the said gambling site, using a computer installed at a remote place (0:2) around November 27, 2012, the Defendant deposited KRW 100,000 with the corresponding game money. The Defendant deposited the corresponding game money in the name of the said website from 00,000 to 30,000,000,000,0000 won, from 10,0000,0000 won, from 30,000,000,000 won, which was paid dividends in accordance with the dividend rate, and 17,000,0000,000.

As a result, the defendant habitually provided sports promotion voting rights or similar things to the people who win at the same time and used the act of providing property or property benefits to the people who win at the same time.
