A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Before the separate pronouncement of a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault) was made on October 27, 2017, the joint Defendant C committed assaulting the victim G and the victim H’s face part, etc. in drinking in combination with the Defendant A who had been witnessed to this, by making it possible to see the victim F (19 years of age), the victim G (19 years of age), the victim H (19 years of age), and the victim H (19 years of age), etc. on the ground that he/she had a dispute.

As a result, Defendant A assaulted victims jointly with Co-Defendant C.

2. A, at around October 27, 2017, at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph 1, Defendant A brought a dispute over a fighting match, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, with the head of the victim’s disease, which is a dangerous object on the outdoor consignee, via the victim G (19 years old). Defendant A brought a small-scale disease, which is a dangerous object on the floor of the said small-scale bottle, left away from the floor of the said small-scale bottle, brought the victim’s head at one time by another small-scale disease.

Joint Defendant C, who is also a dangerous object on the customer at the same location, has continuously lowered the victim's head part once, and suffered bodily injury such as tearing, etc. of the back part of the victim's head that cannot be seen.

As a result, Defendant A, jointly with Defendant C, inflicted an injury on the victim by carrying dangerous objects.
