A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2, 2015, around 01:45, the Defendant: (a) had drinking alcohol at “D main points” located in Jeju Island; (b) was arrested as a flagrant offender to the police officers of the Seo-gu Police Station in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Jeju, who was called upon upon receiving a report, and was arrested as a flagrant offender; and (c) was admitted to the metropolitan detention room of the Dong-dong Police Station in Jeju, Dong-dong, Jeju, Jeju, 66 at around 05:40 on the same day.

1. On June 2, 2015, at around 08:00, the Defendant took a bath to workers slope E in the metropolitan detention room of the police station located in the relevant Jeju-dong Police Station, and took measures to enter the detention room in the metropolitan detention room around 08:02 on the same day as the day when he/she skes the escape of the detention room.

The defendant removed the styp for the prevention of shock, which is attached to the wall of the protective detention room, from double loss, and damaged articles used by public offices in the office.

2. On June 2, 2015, at the above protective detention room around 08:18, the Defendant: (a) avoided the defects of the act described in paragraph (1) above in order to restrain the Defendant’s behavior; and (b) assaulted the chest E’s chest on the floor by enjoying it on the floor to walk at one time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers related to the prevention of crimes.

3. On June 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at around 08:38, 2015, when the Defendant was seated in the toilet in the above protective detention room, the Defendant stated that “I would wish to report a change; (b) I would like to unfold the wall; and (c) after the slope E unfolded the wall, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant at one time with the stie of the slope E’s face.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers related to the prevention of crimes.

4. On June 2, 2015, at around 11:31, 2015, the Defendant assaulted E in line with the face of E by rootsing water that was in a water disease to a slope from 6 heading rooms in the above metropolitan detention room.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers related to the prevention of crimes.

5. On June 2, 2015, the Defendant entered the foregoing paragraph 4 at around 11:34.
