A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Around 23:00 at the end of March 2015, the Defendant received 0.5 gramphonephones from the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Guro-gu Ga-gu, with a mematic medicine (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

2. On March 20, 2015, the Defendant, at around 03:00, administered a phiphone in a manner that inhales a smoke that arises from the heating of a philophone into a physical disease by exposing the smoke that occurs from the heating of a philophone into a stringter, as prescribed in paragraph 1, at a mutual influent telephone near the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gangseo-gu Office, Gangseo-gu.

3. From June 2015 to July 23:00 of the same year, the Defendant purchased c.50,000 won in cash from the mutual influorious telephone in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and c. 0.7 gramphonephones.

4. From June 2015 to July 1, 2015, the Defendant administered phiphonephones purchased, such as Paragraph 2, within the Fururine located in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, in the same manner as Paragraph 3.

5. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant received philophones from the 30th male male who appears to be a ship in front of the G road located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant received philophones from around 20:0.

6. On February 2, 2016, at the end of 01:00, the Defendant administered phiphonephones, such as paragraph 5, in the manner as referred to in paragraph 2, within the Felto located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-gu.

7. Around 02:00 on February 23, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones in the H vehicle located in the H vehicle near the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Taedong-gu, with I (China) in the same manner as Paragraph 2, in which the volume of philophones was administered in the manner as Paragraph 2.
