A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On August 2014, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with C and D, purchased chophonephones with approximately KRW 300,000 in cash and approximately 0.5g of psychotropic drugs, within the “Grophones” of F in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul; and (b) purchased chophones with approximately KRW 0.5g of psychotropic drugs.

2. On August 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with D; (b) in the same place as the new wall hours, at the same time as the foregoing F, received the volume of phiphones from the said F without compensation; and (c) received the phiphones.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On July 2014, the Defendant administered Mauriturphones with the volume of philophones in the cross-disciled telephones located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City), on a beer.

B. The Defendant, at the time, at the same time and place as above 1.3, laid about 0.5g of philopon purchased as above 1.5g in a gambling place, heated alcohol with alcohol, ruptures the postponement with C, D along with C, and administered philopon in collusion with C, D, by using the philopthn inhaler inhalers.

C. The Defendant, at the same time, at the same place as above 2.2.2. B. 3.B.

In the same manner as paragraph D, the postponement was spreaded together with D, and the philophone was administered in collusion with D. D.

On November 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around the new wall hours, within 709 International Telephones located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul; (b) 3.B.

In the same way as in paragraph 1, J, together with J, administered phiphones in collusion with J of Mauritius.

E. On November 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) on November 17, 201, up to KRW 509, c.B. 3.B.

In the same way as in paragraph 1, J, together with J, administered phiphones in collusion with J of Mauritius.

F. On November 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00, up to 509 of the first telephones; and (b) up to 3.B.

in the same manner as in the J. In addition, such extension shall be extended.
